The Blind Date T.V. Show : this show is harmful to society

Have you ever seen the Blind Date show on T.V. ?

That show is very harmful to society.

After watching this show people get a very bad impression of blind dates. The thing you need to realize is that this is television. If they put together two people who hit it off immediately on their show it wouldn’t make good television.

Have you noticed that the couples that they have on television seem really strange and extreme? This is done for a reason: entertainment.

They want to show to the viewing audience at home two people who should never date. That’s what the show should really be called: “Two people who should never date”

When people see this television show it’s imprinted in their minds of the possible experiences they will encounter when they themselves go on a blind date.

I would say that 80% of blind dates don’t go as bad as the ones you see on television.

Sure,there are a high percentage of blind dates that occur where the two people are not compatible. But during the date you don’t get people screaming, jumping on tables, and swearing at each other in disgust. People in Toronto are much more civilized than that. I find it weird when I see these Blind Date television shows because they do not depict reality. And of course if they did depict reality, no one would watch it, because people are naturally boring
